A clean keyboard and mouse can be the difference between good and bad health. Some people may laugh at that statement, but if you sit down and really consider it it is no joke. There are persons whose keyboard keys are a totally different colour from what it used to be because of dirt buildup. These are the same people who, without washing their hands, begin to eat something using their hands! Some even lick their fingers when the food really sweets them! The bad thing about it is that their fingers are dirty, so some get sick and are never able to figure out why.
It is important to maintain a clean keyboard and mouse. It is also quite simple to do so. For the mouse, all you need is a damp soft piece of cloth with a little soap. Gently rub around the top of the mouse with the cloth and then use another piece of cloth that has been dipped into fresh water (and properly squeezed out) to remove any excess soap. For the keyboard, the procedure is the same except that you would be rubbing the cloth over and between the keys. Be careful not to make the cloth too damp as water will get between the keys and cause a possible shorting out of the keyboard. These simple tips will help to keep you and your family healthy for a long time to come.
