The following post represents my own unsolicited views:

I have been using ClickBank for over 5 years now and have never got a check from them, even though the amount of money that I have in my account has been well over $100 for the longest time. There are numerous promotions of ClickBank products that I have done and even though the is money in my account, I have not been able to hold it in my hands. This really sucks! When I realized that I have been waiting in vain to get my cheque, I decided to log into my account to see if something was wrong. To my surprise, I realized that my account balance was diminishing. I said to myself “What is going on here?” So I did a FAQ search on the site and found out what was going on. The answer to the question “Why is my balance decreasing?” states: “Accounts with a positive balance but no earnings for an extended period of time are considered dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to a charge.” It gets even more interesting when I checked out more about dormant accounts: “Accounts with a positive balance but no earnings for an extended period of time are considered dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to a charge of $1 per pay period after 90 days of no earnings, $5 per pay period after 180 days of no earnings, and $50 per pay period after 365 days of no earnings.” This means that eventually there would be no money in the account. They would have stolen my money from me without me even realizing what was taking place.

Now, you tell me, how is it that they can do this. If I promote something for them and get no sales over a specified period of time, I begin losing the money that I already made, money that should have been sent to me because I had already reached the minimum amount (payment threshold) needed to get my cheque. This is what I call highway robbery! In their own words, this is what ‘Payment Theshold’ is: “The ‘Payment Threshold’ is a predetermined minimum amount of money you must have in your account before we cut you a check. You may select an amount from $10 to $100,000 as your Payment Threshold amount. The default setting is $100. We hold your payment until your payable balance reaches this amount.” Like I said, I have surpassed that total a long time ago and yet still they keep my money. Worse yet, they are now describing my account as dormant and taking away the commissions that I have already earned. As you clearly see, my balance reached $108.58 and then they started taking my money away. Dem a thief! As the saying goes: “The rich will always be rich because they oppress the poor.” I see ClickBank as an oppressor and as such not a supporter of those who are trying to make an honest living online. I am not saying that hey have not paid other persons their money, I just have not gotten my own, after 5 years of promoting their stuff! How do you think I should feel at this time? Mi vex Ia!

I honestly believe that ClickBank is a thief because as far as I am concerned a sale is a sale. Once someone has promoted something for you and made you money, then you should gladly send the affiliate their cheque seeing that there was no fraud committed and that all transactions were legit. ClickBank’s accounting policy is nothing more than a rip off. It is unfair to me, as I know it has have been to many others. ClickBank has had sufficient time to prove to me that they are worth considering, and as far as I see it they are not. I have used them and now I am providing this review as a guide and warning as it pertains to ClickBank to those who are considering becoming affiliates of theirs. Well, to those of you who have read this post, the choice is yours: Should you or should you not promote ClickBank’s products. I have decided to stop since they are stealing my commissions. If you decide to join, they may end up stealing yours too!
