A new technology has been unleashed that has completely rocked the online world! Every now and then, someone releases a new product that makes the rest obsolete. Those are rare, and hard to find, but Dave Guindon, one of the most brilliant software designers for developing software tools that make you m0ney, has just released a new web application called “Virtual Smart Agent” that increases website conversions. In fact, Dave has generated 80% conversions from one of his sites using this KILLER application.
This technological masterpiece has already been PROVEN to boost sales by up to 40%, and the marketers who manage to get their hands on it are going to be at a huge competitive advantage. Virtual Smart Agent is basically a virtual “employee” that never sleeps and keeps working for you and building your business 24/7 with no breaks! You simply slap a small piece of code into your webpage and an agent will work with your leaving customers trying to increase sales. This technology is so new that it sounds like science fiction! But I assure you … it’s real, and it WORKS!
I highly recommend VSA, and in my honest opinion, everyone that owns a website should have a “Virtual” agent working for them! Even if you have a “good” converting sales page, you probably have 95 out of 100 visitors leaving your site without taking any action. Virtual Smart Agent can easily prevent website abandonment by up to 40% in the next two weeks! So … hurry and download your copy today.
A Bill of Lading is a kind of document that is used to acknowledge the receipt of a shipment of goods. This document is issued to a shipper by a transportation company or carrier. A Bill of Lading also acknowledges the receipt of goods and indicates the particular vessel on which the goods traveled, their intended destination, and the terms for transporting the shipment to its final destination.
Bills of Lading are also known as inland, ocean, through, and air waybill. An inland bill of lading is a document that sets up an agreement between a shipper and a transportation company for the transportation of the goods. An ocean bill of lading is a document that sets out the terms between an exporter and international carrier for the shipment of goods to a location overseas. A through bill of lading is a contract that covers the specific terms agreed to by a shipper and carrier, i.e. it establishes the terms of flights for the transportation of goods both domestically and internationally. Ocean shipments need both inland and ocean bills of lading. An air waybill is a type of through bill of lading because air waybills may cover both international and domestic transportation of goods.
Sending business cards to anyone anywhere in the world has become so easy even a young child is able to do it. This is even easier considering that you can now have them designed and printed online by ProfessionalBusinessCards.com. You can choose from a wide variety of professional business cards including Real Estate Business and Holiday Business Cards. You can make your own business cards right from their website and then you can get it printed and sent to you. That kind of service is what business people are looking for and ProfessionalBusinessCards.com is the place where they will get their monies worth.
I really like the various business cards templates that are available for customization. The category listings are wide and varied, which in essence will attract a lot of customers who are looking for diversity. The quality of the cards is good and I like the fact their rates are quite competitive, making them affordable for the average business man. What the site needs, however, is to have a link to their contact information on the front page. That way if a potential customer has any concerns or just needs to get in touch with them about their business cards, then it would be easier to do so. Other than that, the website is well put together and is not cluttered, allowing for easy navigation. The preceding was a paid post.
A Pro Forma Invoice is an invoice that is presented by one company to another for payment for goods or services prior to their being sent to the buying customer or prior to the service being performed. This type of invoice is mainly used when two companies have never had a trading relationship and is geared towards ensuring that payment is received. There are cases, however, when even businesses that have traded with each other in the past still require a Pro Forma Invoice to be submitted, especially when the selling company does not have a customer account system in place. For other trading entities, if future trading is anticipated it will then be usual for a customer account to be set up for the purchasing company with credit facilities to allow for post-payment of goods and/or services.
We can look at it from the perspective of a car dealer and a car rental agency. If the car rental agency wants to acquire vehicles from the car dealer and they have never done business before, the car dealer will send a Pro Forma Invoice to the car rental agency stating the monetary value of the number of vehicles that they need. Once payment has been made, the car rental agency will receive the vehicles. At this point, the car dealer may choose to open a credit account for the car rental agency so that in future a Pro Forma Invoice will not be needed.
An invoice is a document that is issued by a seller to a buyer indicating the items purchsed or services delivered, quantities and the prices for said products or services that the seller has already provided to the buyer. Another name for an invoice is a bill. The total price of the products or services is provided at the bottom of the bill, including any applicable taxes.
So if you go to a shop and buy 2 sodas @ $3.00 each, a bread @ $4.00, a piece of cheese @ $1.50, and an apple @ $2.50, with a sales tax of 5%, the total on your invoice would be $14.70. The invoice would also outline everything you bought along with unit prices and quantity.
